You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze market trends, and implement data-driven initiatives to maximize our market share. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement market development strategies to expand our presence in Bali's key markets, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders, including retailers, wholesalers, and farmers, to drive sales and foster long-term partnerships.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Lead and manage key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Monitor and report on market performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and incorporate relevant insights into our market development strategies.
• Represent Segi Fresh at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and establish thought leadership.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in market development, sales, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing market development strategies, with a focus on driving growth and increasing market share.
• Strong understanding of Bali's unique culture, market dynamics, and key stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders.
• Proficient in using market research tools and software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven attitude.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
