📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular internal audits to assess the accuracy and efficiency of inventory management processes.
• Identify discrepancies and inefficiencies in inventory and operations processes.
• Develop and implement corrective action plans to address identified issues.
• Collaborate with inventory and operations teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on best practices for inventory management and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing, particularly in inventory and operations.
• Certification in internal auditing (e.g., CISA, CIA, CPA) is a plus.
• Proficient in using audit software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
