📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of clinic facilities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with staff to manage patient flow, appointment scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in all clinic areas.
• Develop and implement operational protocols to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on facility performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Train and supervise facility staff to ensure high standards of service and cleanliness.
• Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute facility upgrades and renovations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management or a similar role in the healthcare industry.
• Certification in Facility Management (e.g., CFM, RMP) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
• Proficient in using facility management software such as FMPro, ServiceMax, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
