📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions and specifications.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.,Schedule and conduct interviews with potential candidates.,Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Provide feedback to candidates and follow up on applications.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local job market and industry trends.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluency in Indonesian is required, English is a plus.
