📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct job interviews and make hiring recommendations based on candidate qualifications.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth hiring process.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the team.,Provide feedback and coaching to hiring managers to improve the recruitment process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.,Proficient in Indonesian and English (written and spoken).
