As a Sous Chef at Hokian Fajar Store, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes. You will also be responsible for maintaining the kitchen's cleanliness and safety.

• Assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes.
• Ensuring the kitchen is clean and safe.
• Managing kitchen inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
• Training and supervising kitchen staff.
• Ensuring all food is prepared and cooked to the highest standards.
• Maintaining accurate records of kitchen activities.
• Participating in menu planning and development.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.
• Experience in Indonesian cuisine is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
