Go Gold Sentosa is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team in Bontang. As a Training Officer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Design and conduct workshops, seminars, and other training activities.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop appropriate training solutions.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide feedback and support to employees during and after training sessions.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
