📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize daily administrative operations, ensuring seamless coordination between departments.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Create and distribute promotional materials, including brochures, social media content, and email campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, ensuring our marketing efforts are aligned with industry standards.
• Oversee event planning and execution, from conceptualization to completion, to create memorable experiences for our guests.
• Maintain and update our website and online presence to reflect our brand’s identity and attract potential customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth through targeted marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to continuously improve our strategies and achieve our business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles within the hospitality industry.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Canva.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
