📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and supervising the daily operations of the branch.,Oversee the performance of staff and ensure they meet the company's standards.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring they are resolved promptly and professionally.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.,Assist in the planning and execution of marketing and promotional activities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a retail or service industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of retail or service industry best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
