📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store inventory, including stocking, ordering, and reordering products.,Support the Store Operator in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.,Assist in cashier operations, including handling transactions and providing excellent customer service.,Help with the preparation and organization of merchandise for sales and promotions.,Assist in the training and supervision of junior staff members.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes.,Assist in the preparation of reports and records related to store operations.,Assist in the implementation of store policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or store operation environment.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with inventory management and cashier operations.,Ability to lift and move heavy items.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
