📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head cook in preparing and cooking meals according to the menu and recipes.,Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety.,Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner.,Assist in the maintenance and cleaning of kitchen equipment and utensils.,Participate in inventory management and food ordering.,Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff.,Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a cook or in a similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisines.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils.,Good physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods of time.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
