Salon Cahya Auto Service is looking for a dedicated Deputy Inventory Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary parts and supplies to keep our operations running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has a passion for automotive services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and update inventory levels to ensure we have adequate stock of parts and supplies.,Receive and verify incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and completeness.,Assist in the ordering process by identifying stock shortages and placing orders with suppliers.,Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and generate reports as needed.,Collaborate with the team to ensure that parts and supplies are available when needed for repairs and maintenance.,Assist in the organization and storage of inventory to maintain a clean and efficient workspace.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in inventory management or a related field is a plus.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.,Basic knowledge of automotive parts and supplies is beneficial.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
