In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial services platform, managing our infrastructure, and supporting our engineering teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver exceptional customer experiences. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain our financial services platform, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.,Collaborate with engineering teams to design, implement, and optimize our infrastructure.,Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, providing timely and effective solutions.,Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.,Work with third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration and support of our financial services.,Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and drive innovation within the team.,Support and participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 coverage and quick response to critical issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in a TechOps or similar role, preferably in a financial services environment.,Strong understanding of cloud computing and infrastructure as a service (IaaS) platforms.,Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.,Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.,Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.,Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
