Fleet Coordinator - Urgent

Local Link Mandiri is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles
• Ensuring all vehicles are in good condition and ready for use
• Scheduling and maintaining vehicle maintenance and repairs
• Tracking and reporting on vehicle usage and performance
• Managing fuel and other vehicle expenses
• Ensuring all drivers are qualified and follow safety regulations
• Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Any other duties as assigned by the management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Fleet Coordinator or similar role
• Experience in managing a fleet of vehicles
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with fleet management software is a plus
• Valid driver's license is a must
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation, or a related field is preferred
