Apotek Zahra Electronics is looking for a dedicated HR Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our human resources activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate training and development programs for employees.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Stay updated with changes in labor laws and regulations.,Support management in HR-related decision making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with English is a plus.
