📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution of products to retail outlets.,Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to meet customer demands.,Maintain and update inventory records to reflect current stock levels.,Monitor and report on distribution performance and efficiency.,Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth product flow and customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular checks on retail outlets to ensure proper stock levels and product presentation.,Handle customer complaints and issues related to product distribution.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution or logistics management.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with route planning and vehicle management.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for fieldwork.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
