In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing site infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations, and providing technical support to our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Inspect and maintain site infrastructure, including telecom equipment, power systems, and network devices.,Perform routine maintenance and repairs on site equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Conduct site surveys and assessments to identify potential issues and recommend solutions.,Provide technical support to clients and resolve any issues related to site infrastructure.,Collaborate with the engineering team to plan and execute site upgrades and improvements.,Monitor site performance and generate reports on system uptime and reliability.,Assist in the installation and configuration of new equipment and systems.,Participate in on-call duties to respond to any urgent site issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also welcome).,Strong knowledge of telecom equipment, power systems, and network devices.,Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software for site management and troubleshooting.,Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Indonesian.,Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various sites.,Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
