📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions.,Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and reliability.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance and security.,Lead a team of system administrators and provide guidance and mentorship.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies, and recommend improvements to the company's IT infrastructure.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that IT systems meet the needs of the business.,Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning to ensure data protection and business continuity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,3-5 years of experience as a System Administrator or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking technologies.,Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.,Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
