Rumah Sakit Hendra Digital is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the logistics operations of our hospital, ensuring that all supplies and equipment are efficiently delivered and managed. You will work closely with various departments to coordinate logistics activities and ensure smooth operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the logistics operations of the hospital, including the procurement, storage, and distribution of supplies and equipment.,Develop and maintain efficient logistics systems and processes to ensure timely delivery of supplies and equipment.,Work with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of supplies and equipment.,Monitor inventory levels and order new supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock levels.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure that supplies and equipment are available when needed.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to logistics operations.,Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities and generate reports as required.,Manage and supervise logistics staff, including drivers and warehouse personnel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a related field.,Strong knowledge of logistics management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using logistics management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
