🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management.,Proven track record of successfully managing and improving operational processes.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Familiarity with budgeting and financial management principles.
