📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.,Monitor performance metrics and provide regular feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including recruitment, training, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of quality and safety.,Prepare and present reports to management on operational performance and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage and mentor a team.,Experience in operational management and process improvement.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
