📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for construction projects.,Analyze project specifications and blueprints to determine material and labor requirements.,Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure cost estimates align with project goals.,Monitor project budgets and provide regular cost reports to stakeholders.,Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost-effective solutions.,Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and local regulations.,Mentor and train junior estimators to develop their skills and knowledge.,Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and cost-saving technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimation, preferably in the Bali region.,Strong knowledge of construction materials, labor costs, and equipment expenses.,Proficiency in using estimation software and tools.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with local building codes, permits, and regulations in Bali.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
