📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic sourcing and procurement policies to optimize costs and improve quality.,Manage and maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.,Monitor and analyze procurement spend to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement activities with business objectives.,Leverage technology and data analytics to improve procurement processes and decision-making.,Lead and mentor procurement team members to ensure high performance and professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic purchasing and procurement management.,Proven track record of cost savings and efficiency improvements in procurement processes.,Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.,Proficiency in procurement software and data analytics tools.,Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of manufacturing and logistics industry is a plus.
