📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services,Collaborate with engineers and product managers to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation,Develop user manuals, API documentation, and other technical guides,Review and edit technical content for clarity, consistency, and correctness,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the creation of training materials and tutorials,Provide support to customers and internal teams through documentation and training materials,Participate in product development discussions to ensure documentation needs are met

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail,Knowledge of technical documentation tools and software,Understanding of software development processes and methodologies,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Markdown, HTML, and other documentation formats,Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus
