📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist dentists during various dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment following strict hygiene protocols.
- Manage patient records, including scheduling appointments and maintaining medical histories.
- Provide a welcoming and comfortable experience for patients, addressing their concerns and needs.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Maintain a clean and organized dental office environment.
- Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining dental equipment.
- Stay updated on the latest dental technologies and best practices to enhance patient care.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dental Nurse or similar healthcare role.
- Diploma or Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene or related field.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- Strong knowledge of dental hygiene practices and infection control measures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and dental professionals.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced dental environment.
- Proficiency in using dental software such as Dentrix or Practice Management Software.
- Familiarity with dental equipment and technology, including digital X-ray systems and intraoral cameras.
