As a Front of House (FOH) / Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their orders are processed accurately and promptly. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring our outlets meet health and safety standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and processing payments efficiently.
• Ensure accurate and prompt transaction processing using our POS system.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including restocking products and cleaning as needed.
• Handle cash and card payments securely and accurately.
• Assist in managing inventory and restocking products to ensure a well-stocked outlet.
• Report any issues or concerns to the management team promptly.
• Uphold our brand's values and standards, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Participate in team meetings and follow the established procedures and protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or cashier role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse range of customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and cash handling equipment.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
