📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Develop and implement financial reporting processes, ensuring that all financial data is accurately captured, processed, and reported.
• Manage and oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
• Provide strategic advice to senior management on financial matters, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Develop and mentor a team of accounting and finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and tax laws, and ensure that our financial reporting processes are aligned with the latest developments.
• Ensure that all financial records are accurately maintained and that proper internal controls are in place to prevent errors and fraud.
• Collaborate with external auditors and other stakeholders to ensure that our financial reporting processes are robust and efficient.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial accounting and taxation, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations, with experience in tax planning and compliance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in the use of accounting software, including SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
