📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of field technicians, ensuring they deliver high-quality technical service.
• Schedule and coordinate service calls, ensuring optimal use of resources and timely resolution of client issues.
• Provide technical guidance and training to field technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and maintain service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of client equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure longevity.
• Manage inventory and procurement of spare parts and tools for the field service team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Support, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service supervision or a similar role within the oil & gas industry.
• Proven track record of leading and managing field service teams.
• Strong knowledge of technical equipment and systems, with a focus on oil & gas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project or similar software.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites as required.
