🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, with a focus on the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation projects, delivering measurable results.
• Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their potential applications in the hospitality sector.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
• Proficiency in using tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and other relevant digital transformation software.
• Certifications in digital transformation, project management, or related fields are a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
