📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage a team of bartenders, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement menu strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
• Train and mentor new staff to uphold our high-quality service standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle cash handling and financial transactions accurately and securely.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and licensing requirements.

• Collaborate with the management team to improve and innovate our bar services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Bar Captain or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and mixology techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
