📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct credit assessments and analyze financial documents to determine loan eligibility.
• Review and verify customer information, including income statements, tax returns, and credit history.

• Utilize our in-house credit scoring system and other financial tools to make data-driven decisions.
• Prepare and present detailed credit reports and recommendations to the credit committee.
• Monitor and update credit policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all credit assessments and decisions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to address any queries or concerns regarding credit assessments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit analysis or a similar role in the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian credit regulations and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Certification in credit analysis or financial analysis is a plus.
