📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment, including but not limited to conveyors, mixers, and pumps.
• Monitor and control production processes to ensure optimal efficiency and quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions and breakdowns.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of equipment to identify potential issues and prevent downtime.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to plan and execute maintenance schedules.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Document all maintenance activities and equipment performance data.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety and environmental standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of plant equipment, including conveyors, mixers, and pumps.
• Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as SAP, or similar ERP systems.
• Valid certification in plant equipment maintenance and operations, such as the National Competency Standard for Plant Operators and Maintenance Technicians (NCS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to all safety protocols and regulations.
