• Monitor and analyze department performance using data analytics tools like Tableau and Power BI.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the department.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of activities.
• Represent the department at internal and external meetings and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a leadership role within the FMCG sector.
